Signalmen creates the gateway to the community of Marina Bay, Richmond, CA.  Because this was formerly the site of 'rail to sea' commerce, I have mounted international marine signal flags, (baked enamel signs on steel and aluminum plates) to spell out "MARINA BAY" and "RICHMOND"- each carried on 30' long welded steel railway 'trusses.'
